Returns & Refund Policy
Our goal at New Bharati Traders is to provide high-quality agricultural and hardware solutions at affordable rates.
1. Return Window
Our return policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received.
- In the original packaging (Shadenet, Tarpaulin, Ropes, etc. must not be unrolled or cut).
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Refund Process & Inspection
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. We evaluate the returned product against the original shipped product.
Approved refunds are processed within 15 business days and will be credited to your original method of payment.
3. Shipping & Costs
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for hardware and heavy items, as we do not guarantee receipt of your returned item.
4. Sale Items & Exchanges
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Items purchased during clearance or flash sales are not eligible for returns. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged from our end.
